While there is still so much to learn about neurodiversity and ASD, we have made strides on being more inclusive in sharing stories that are representative of individuals on the spectrum in literature, film, tv, and more. There is still much we can work on, but together we can aim for inclusivity and acceptance.

This is American History and should be represented as such. Music, Dance, Science, Technology, Art, Literature, Cooking, Culture, and every single facet of who we are as a nation can be attributed to a powerful Black person.

This has been a tough year for our little ones, with so much change and disruption to their lives. May is Mental Health Awareness Month and a great reminder to start talking to our children about the state of their mental health (especially the little ones who are learning to manage feelings and situations out of their control). As a society, we are learning to normalize speaking about our own mental health and seek support from friends, family, and professionals.
